Meet Sam

Samuel L. Dacher (Sam) joined Sella & Martinic, LLC, Certified Public Accountants (S&M) in August 2024 as a Tax Advisor.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting, as well as a master’s degree in taxation, from The University at Albany in upstate New York.

Originally from New York, Sam began his career working for KPMG in Manhattan primarily supporting the tax needs of multinational banking clients. He eventually realized that he wanted to use his accounting and tax knowledge to help small to medium-sized businesses, real estate investors, & growing families by educating them on how to minimize their tax burdens and plan for their futures.

Shortly after leaving KPMG for a mid-size accounting firm in the Washington DC area, he was issued his license as a Certified Public Accountant from New York State in June of 2022.

Sam currently resides in Rockville, Maryland and enjoys the area’s scenic walking paths, professional sports teams (especially the Washington Wizards), and Smithsonian museums.
