Meet Keli

Keli M. Strickland joined SPC Financial® (SPC) in June 2024 as a Client Service Associate, where she plays a key role in supporting President, CEO, and Lead Financial Advisor Jeff Sella and his team in delivering comprehensive financial solutions to the firm's clients.

Although relatively new to the finance industry, Keli brings a diverse professional background, including her recent roles as a Client Service Associate at a boutique firm in Annapolis and an Accounting Administrator in Severn. Prior to transitioning into finance, she spent 20 years working in creative roles as a graphic designer, editor, and writer. In her desire for a career change, she discovered her love for the linear and fast-paced nature of finance, the ability to exercise her enhanced attention to detail, helping others, and making connections with clients as she listens to their stories.

Keli is a lifelong learner, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Psychology from Towson University, a Master’s Degree in Publications Design from the University of Baltimore, and extensive coursework in the Master of Liberal Arts program at Johns Hopkins University.

Residing in the Annapolis area with her husband and twin teenage sons, Keli actively volunteers at Maryland Therapeutic Riding and is dedicated to animal welfare and rescue efforts. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, traveling, the beach, celebrating all things Halloween, and making people laugh.
